IMM in Thai means full i.e. when you have eaten enough food until you are no longer hungry or you have reached your limit.
We named our restaurant IMM because we would like to make it short and easy to remember. Additionally, we would like our guests to experience the satisfying taste of authentic Thai home-cooked cuisine with real taste of Thai. Our Chef is delighted to introduce his specialties as well as to bring back to life some memorable dishes from the past that have secret ingredients passed down by generations of food lovers. Simple dishes but with a taste that is second to none.
Our breakfast is available from an a la carte menu with a little corner of drinks and pastries for you to select. The lunch and dinner menu features quick and simple dishes as well as a full course meal.
We would love to serve you the Thai way, with sharing plates rather than serving each dish as a separate course. This is known locally as ‘Samrup style’ i.e. having 3-4 Thai dishes from the menu together with steamed rice to share among friends and family members.
